The room was small, witn an even smaller window but was functional. Good wifi. The breakfast had all the basics, no extras. Excellent coffee. Parking (public) accessible and payable from the hotel. The parking is called Kayserpassage. The hotel is on a pedestrian street, the parking is accessed from a side street.

Very comfortable, next to gut Cafés und Restaurants. Very friendly people.

Clean, bright, room. Black out curtains and bath were great for the kids. Booking.com recommended we take a superior double and a double for our young family with three kids, and would not let us book just one room. I messaged the hotel about just taking the superior room (with a large double bed and single sofa bed) and they were happy to accommodate us. We were very comfortable there. Location was super near the tourist area of Reutlingen, in a kind of courtyard in the middle of a block. The kids could play in the fountain area directly outside safely away from traffic. There were restaurants and a bakery in the courtyard area. Underground parking was handy.

Location was great. Rooms were clean.

The hotel is well located, close to the station and can be reached on foot. Friendly staff. Clean room
